A large cruise ship is anchored in a busy harbor with towering buildings of a city in the distant background. Passengers are disembarking onto the dock while others are waiting to board. The scene is bustling with activity as cargo is loaded onto the ship.

Following the disasterous bushfires that consumed much of Victoria in 2009, many previously beautiful areas were simply laid waste. High winds, low humidity and 47 degree C heat guaranteed that huge damage would occur. This is part of the outskirts of Eaglehawk Victoria.

A section of one of the many beautiful little creeks that run down from alpine North Eastern Victoria. These watercourses are clear, clean and often hold large trout that make for fine fresh water fishing.

The shores of Lake Eppalock, just south of Bendigo Victoria, full and overflowing the spillway for the first time after a drought of some twelve years. From the freah, new, clean water protrudes the tops of trees that have grown during that time.
